Objectives - Increase ctr & cut down build time

Optimized the design of our monthly international New Product email. With these changes, build time was cut by 50% and CTOR improved by 213% when comparing the 3 month average pre and post-redesign.

Organized a virtual competition (pre-Covid-19) that engaged two of the Chewy Customer Service offices in a head-to-head battle of stuffing KONGs.

Broadcasted live, this execution educated thousands of representatives that had a direct connection to KONG customers.
