HOBBIES
RUNNING
Something about the unique, strongly-connected community that surrounds trail running sucked me in many years ago and I have been hooked ever since. I have been running for just about as long as I can remember and have competed in basically every distance including 100 miles (aside from those new and crazy 200+ milers). One of my favorite adventures was running to the summit of Mt. Evans from our house in Lakewood, connecting every possible trail along the way. It was pretty brutal in the moment – but those are the runs that are the most memorable…and also the runs you don’t repeat.

SKIING
From skiing with my father at an East Coast “resort” almost before I could walk, I have always loved being on the snow and that passion has only continued to grow. Over the past three years, I have started touring and ski mountaineering which has brought a whole new element, challenge, and skinny skis to skiing.
CYCLING
Biking, both gravel and road, have been my go-to way to cross train over the years. While still a total amateur, nothing beats just cruising and ticking away more miles then you could ever imagine if you were running or skiing.
